Introductory tasting of BEAN TO BAR chocolate: the revolution of taste

Duration: 2 hours. Introduction to the history and manufacturing process of chocolate, followed by the tasting of 5 quality artisanal chocolates, using the model developed by the International Cacao and Chocolate tasting.

Ideal participation: 8-12 people maximum. Also ideal for businesses and organizations.
